In order to better facilitate our call center,
we have made some changes to our call handling.
 

Please listen to the menu options when calling 713-473-6572.

Option "1":  You may listen to a list of commonly asked questions and their
pre-recorded answers by pressing "1".

Option "2":  For Sales, Technical Support or General Information press "2" for Level 1 Support.

All calls received during business hours are first answered by Level 1 support,
who will try to resolve your call in a timely manner or direct your call
to the appropriate party.  If Level 2 support, such as Hardware or Software is unavailable,
you will be given the option of leaving your name & phone number with Level 1 support
or holding for an available representative.  You may also leave a voice mail.

To return to Level 1 Support at any time, please press "0".


Voice mails, emails and contact forms left after business hours
will be addressed on the next business day.
