Deep Letter Cutouts with RAVEN CNC

This project demonstrates how to use RAVEN to cutout letters from materials up to 2″ thick using the 1/4″ Long Cutting Bit.

This was a fun summer project I did with my daughter and nephew. They chose their fonts in the software and we cut them out of 2x12s. Then after some sanding and priming, they finished them off with decoupage collages. They came out great and the kids love it!
