Conference Registration

The CarveWright Conference features classes and presentations from experts in the use of CarveWright and RAVEN CNCs along with their accessories and software. You will learn how to better use your software and CNC can do.

This conference is for every level of user or interested party, regardless of skill or experience. You will learn techniques you can immediately put into practice in your CNC hobby or business projects.

September 26-28 – The conference will begin Thursday at 8:30 AM and conclude Saturday around 5 PM.

• Thursday evening will include a banquet for all attendees
• Saturday evening there will be a gathering at the CarveWright CEO’s house for Texas BBQ and tours of the library that CarveWright built.

Spouse’s or other individuals with you that wish to attend the workshops will also need to purchase a full registration.

Cancellation Policy:

Each person will guarantee their own reservation with a major credit card. Any guest cancellations must be received 24 HOURS prior to the day of arrival. The guest will then receive a cancellation number. Any guest cancellation after this time will result in one-night’s room and tax.

Participants who cancel their registration, in writing via email to support@carvewright.com (acknowledged receipt of the email from CarveWright must be received by the participant) at least sixteen (16) days before the first scheduled day of the event will receive a full store credit, minus a $50 administrative fee.

Participants may not receive a refund for an event if cancellation (no-show or withdrawal) is received fourteen (14) business days, or less, prior to the first scheduled day of the event.

If the conference is cancelled by CarveWright, due to natural disaster, lack of registrations, or other event, those registered will receive a full refund.
